Der Polokragen und der V-Ausschnitt sind in Weiß gehalten. Das Shirt ist in der Mitte durch ein horizontales Band gekennzeichnet, das den Namen des Landes, KANADA, enthält. Außerdem hat das Retro-Shirt kurze Ärmel. Das Kanada-Retrotrikot hat das Logo des kanadischen Fußballverbands auf der linken Brust. Das TOFFS Canda Retro-Fußballtrikot hat eine normale Passform.
